Athlete Wealth Engine is an advisory and operations service. We are not a registered investment adviser or broker-dealer, a law firm, or a CPA firm, and nothing we provide is a substitute for advice from one. Where a licensed professional is required — for executing trades, filing taxes, or drafting binding legal documents — we coordinate licensed professionals from our network on your behalf.
Past performance does not guarantee future results. Statistics referenced on this site (such as financial outcomes for former athletes generally) describe industry-wide patterns, not predictions about any individual member's outcome.
We charge a flat monthly or annual membership fee. We do not charge assets-under-management (AUM) fees, and we do not accept commissions or kickbacks from brands, financial institutions, or financial products in connection with recommendations we make to members.
NCAA, state, and school NIL rules vary and change over time. We help members track disclosure requirements and flag issues we're aware of, but members and their families are responsible for complying with their school's, conference's, and state's specific rules, and for confirming eligibility questions with the appropriate compliance office.
General tax information we provide (for example, about self-employment tax or estimated quarterly payments) is educational in nature and is not individualized tax advice. We coordinate licensed CPAs for tax filing and advice specific to your situation.
Athletic careers and NIL income are inherently variable and can end or change without notice due to injury, eligibility, performance, or other factors outside anyone's control. Financial plans we help build account for this variability but cannot eliminate it.
