This Privacy Policy explains what personal information Athlete Wealth Engine ("AWE," "we," "us") collects through athletewealthengine.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to visitors, applicants, and members of the site.

Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us:

• Membership application: first and last name, email address, whether you're applying as the athlete, a parent/guardian, a coach/advisor, or other; competition level; sport; school or team; what you need help with; and, optionally, how you heard about us.
• Free checklist request: your email address.
• Discovery calls and member communications: anything you choose to share with us directly, such as during onboarding or in email correspondence.

Our hosting and form providers also automatically log standard technical information (such as IP address and browser type) needed to operate and secure the site.

How We Use Your Information

• To review and respond to membership applications
• To schedule and conduct discovery calls
• To deliver the free NIL checklist and related follow-up emails
• To operate, maintain, and improve the site and our services
• To meet legal and recordkeeping obligations

Who We Share It With

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run AWE, and only as needed for that purpose:

• Netlify — website hosting and application form processing
• Kit (ConvertKit) — email delivery for the free checklist and application follow-up

We do not add you to a marketing list or share your information with any other third party without your explicit opt-in, consistent with what's stated on our application form.

Minors and Parental Involvement

AWE works with high school and college athletes, some of whom are minors. We intend the membership application to be completed by the athlete together with a parent or guardian, or directly by a parent or guardian on the athlete's behalf. We do not knowingly collect personal information from a child under 13 without verifiable parental consent. If you believe a child under 13 has submitted information to us without that consent, contact us at advisor@athletewealthengine.com and we will delete it.

Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry, provide our services, or meet legal and accounting requirements — and delete or anonymize it when it's no longer needed for those purposes.

Your Choices

• You can unsubscribe from any email at any time using the link in that email.
• You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing advisor@athletewealthengine.com.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect personal information, but no method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We'll update the "last updated" date above when we do.
