These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of athletewealthengine.com and any membership services offered by Athlete Wealth Engine ("AWE," "we," "us"). By applying for membership or using the site, you agree to these Terms.

What AWE Is — and Isn't

AWE is an advisory and operations service. We are not a registered investment adviser, a law firm, or a CPA firm. Where a service requires a license — such as executing investment transactions, filing taxes, or drafting binding legal contracts — we coordinate licensed professionals from our network to do that work. Nothing on this site or provided by AWE is individualized investment, legal, or tax advice; all investment, tax, and legal decisions should be made together with the appropriate licensed professional.

Who Can Apply

AWE membership is intended for high school and college athletes and the parents, guardians, and advisors who support them. If you're a minor, your application and membership must involve a parent or guardian, and they're responsible for reviewing and agreeing to these Terms on your behalf where required.

Membership and Billing

• Founding Member pricing ($199/month) is available for a limited number of spots and is locked for the life of that membership, as described on our pricing page.
• Standard membership is billed at the rate shown on our pricing page at the time you join.
• Elite membership pricing is quoted individually during your discovery call.
• Annual billing, where offered, is billed upfront for the year.
• You may cancel at any time by emailing advisor@athletewealthengine.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; we don't provide partial-month refunds except as described in our guarantee below.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you complete onboarding, receive your 30-day action plan, and work with your operator for a full month, and you don't believe we've built real, measurable value into your financial life, we'll refund your first month — no questions asked.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information on your application and to your operator
• Disclose NIL deals to your school's compliance office as required by your school, conference, and state rules
• Use the service for its intended purpose

No Guarantee of Results

Past performance does not guarantee future results. We don't guarantee any specific financial outcome, NIL deal, eligibility determination, or level of audience growth.

Intellectual Property

The content on this site — including text, design, and the AWE name and marks — belongs to Athlete Wealth Engine and may not be copied or reused without our permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AWE is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

Termination

We may suspend or end a membership that violates these Terms or misuses the service.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. (Placeholder — to be confirmed with counsel based on where AWE is formally organized.)

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll update the "last updated" date above when we do.
